Supplied with a quality solar panel, mounted on a ground spike and rechargeable battery. The solar panel will charge the battery in 6 to 8 hours and provides the same, 6 to 8 hours of operation. There are two lighting modes - Solid (continuous light) or Flashing. If the unit is turned off, the light chain is switched off and the battery will not charge.
